Account info: Name, email, password. Restaurant data: Recipes, ingredients, costs, team members, sales — you own this data. Payment info: Processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Usage data: Pages visited and features used, to improve the Service. Uploaded files: Invoice and recipe images processed by AI.
To provide the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, improve the platform, and respond to support. We do not sell your data. We do not use your restaurant data to train AI models.
Images uploaded for scanning are sent to AI models for processing only. They are not used for AI training. Results are stored in your account.
Data is stored in Supabase with encrypted connections and access controls. No transmission method is 100% secure.
Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic/OpenAI (AI scanning), Resend (email). Each has their own privacy policy.
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. Contact hello@platecosthq.com.
Data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Request immediate deletion anytime.
