PlateCost is a food and beverage cost management platform for restaurant operators, including recipe costing, invoice scanning, menu engineering, team management, and related tools at platecosthq.com.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid plans (Pro $79/mo, Business $149/mo, Enterprise $299/mo) are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is included — your card is charged at the end unless you cancel. Founding member rates are locked in for life while the subscription remains active. Cancellations take effect at end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. We give 30 days notice before any price changes.
Do not violate laws, upload malicious code, scrape or resell the Service, impersonate others, or use it for non-restaurant purposes.
You own your data. We process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
Allergen tracking is an organizational tool only. PlateCost does not guarantee accuracy of allergen data. You are solely responsible for compliance with food safety laws. We are not liable for allergen-related incidents.
AI results are suggestions only. Review before relying on them. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI output.
PlateCost and all its content are owned by VeloSparkAI LLC. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We may terminate accounts for violations. Your data is retained 30 days after termination before deletion.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes are resolved in Florida courts.
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
